Armand Gerard – Head of arms and materials procurement and sales for the Francisci Family, an old Corsican crime family.  Armand is second in command of the Francisci family. 

Asim Halim – Egyptian EUOPS operative, multilingual native of Cairo, specialist in disguise, infiltration and observation. A street kid that was a master pickpocket and hand to hand combat expert.

Captain Robert McFarland – Scottish jet pilot. Flies Typhoons and is currently stationed on Crete.

Colonel Ahrar Idriss – Syrian rebel commander. He is the nephew of the leader of one of the rebel factions.

Colonel Benjamin Mac Glencoe – Colonel in the SAS, in command of the SAS Counter Revolutionary Warfare Wing. One of the many people Merry went to school with.

Dove Abraham – (Dove, et al.) – Ex-Mossad assassin and assassination squad leader. Now retired from Mossad and transferred to MI6, currently on loan to EUOPS, second in command to Greta Steiner on the Syrian Operation.

Dr. Willard Robertson – Director of Operations at the English mint.  He is a life peer and former MI6 operations planner and policy analyst during the cold war, member of the Royal Security Oversight Committee, Director of Operations at the EUOPS Welch safe house complex. Teaches International Finance and Economics at Oxford to selected advanced students.

Elsa Herder – Ex-wife and business manager of Doctor Hans Grubber.

Francis Schiller – (Helga Johnson, Greta Steiner et al.) – She is a EUOPS Science Division Member currently assigned to the Department of Dirty Tricks and is a specialist in exploding objects and disguised lethal arms. She also acts as a courier and body double for Greta Steiner.

General Sir Horace Meriwether Babington-Smyth, VC, OBE (Merry) – British Army active duty officer on General Staff, also something important in MI5 or MI6 or possibly director or minister of something hazy in the government, member of the English Royal Oversight Security Committee. Seems to have either been in school with almost everyone important or is related to them. His wife Lady Pamela is Duchess of Cavingham and has royal family connections. She is also either related to everyone that Merry isn’t or went to school with all of the ladies that really matter.

Greta Steiner – (Helga Johnson, Colonel Juanita Anderson et al.) – EUOPS assassin. German born, grew up in the old Soviet Union, escaped and became EUOPS assassin and operative after the murder of her parents. Qualified fixed and rotary wing pilot.

Hans Grubber – Retired, former Chief Designer for Eisentor Vault and Safe Company in Munich, Germany. Currently he opens Eisentor Vaults and Safes for hire, without their permission. 

Lady Julia Robertson – Duchess of Montgeave, Viscountess Rhayader – A retired MI6 assassin and operative.  She is a member of the Royal Security Oversight Committee.  She is in charge of security for the EUOPS Welsh safe house village. She is a registered nurse and an expert in extracting information from people who would rather not talk about anything. Designated successor for Lady Victoria Elaine Covington as English Delegate to EUOPS. Married to Sir Willard Robertson, life peer and Director of Operations at English mint.

Lady Victoria Elaine Covington, DCB – (Blossom) Dowager Duchess of Camenshire, Permanent Assistant Minister for Economics and Policy on European Union Activities, English delegate to the EUOPS Control Committee, currently elected as chairman of the committee. Her son General Rupert Covington is 12th Duke of Camenshire, Baron of Insalady.

Lucien Francisci – Head of the Corsican Francisci Family, banker and international financier, past member of French Senate and holder of the Croix de Guerre with Silver Gilt Palm for service on Corsica during World War II when he was a teenager.

Major Donald McGregor – Scottish jet pilot. Flies Typhoons and is currently stationed on Crete.

Mark Saint Martin – EUOPS Southern Area Supervisor He is the planning and operations supervisor for all EUOPS operations in the Middle East and Northern Africa. His cover is the Director of Middle Eastern Operations for Southerland Oil.

Maurice Toubon – An Algerian EUOPS operative, infiltration, observation, courier, and sabotage operations, also occasional assassination and bombings.  Moving into operations planning.

Sergeant Major Charles Russell Whittingham (Charley) – A member of SAS Counter Revolutionary Warfare Wing. Charley was loaned to Greta Steiner as a general helper and bodyguard. Charley is normally the bodyguard for Greta.

Sergeant Major Joseph Omar Young (Joey) – A member of SAS Counter Revolutionary Warfare Wing. Joey was loaned to Greta Steiner as a general helper and bodyguard. Joey is normally the bodyguard for Dove.

Margret Perry

American Press senior correspondent, also CIA operative and messenger, she is very intelligent, mission oriented, vicious, and effective.  She is very jealous of her position as a newsperson but she has been a CIA operative for years and that is partially why she is a very well-known newsperson. The Americans have quietly promoted her image and allowed her access to a lot of people and things.

Elise Julia Pamela Victoria Steiner – Francisci     

Daughter of Greta Steiner and Mark Saint Martin, Goddaughter of Lady Pamela Duchess of Cavingham, Pam; Lady Victoria Dowager Duchess of Camenshite, Blossom; and Lady Julia Duchess of Montgreve, Julia. Elise is also the legally adopted daughter of Lucien Francisci the head of the Francisci Crime Family.

Bryon McMillian 

He goes by Colonel but is actually a general in the Egyptian Army. He did not go to school with General Babington-Smyth but went to school in Egypt where he lived with his mother. He is a legitimate Egyptian and English dual citizen and his father is a friend of General Babington-Smyth’s father, so he is one of the “Right People”. He is in charge of Egyptian security operations in Northern Egypt and is also tasked with maintaining contact and providing cooperation and coordination with other western security agencies.

The Head of the Military Intelligence and Reconnaissance Department for Egypt.F

Alonzo Caparoni 

Longtime bodyguard and valet for Lucien Francisci he is married to Clarissa Caparoni and is the father of Nicole and Celeste Caparoni.

Armand Gerard

Mr. Armand Gerard is one of the council of four senior members of the Francisci Family, an old Unione Course family dating to the fourteenth century. Mr. Gerard specialized in selling dubious to illegal weapons and military supplies to anyone with the required money. He is second in command to Lucien Francisci, the current head of the Francisci Family.

Carlo Conein 

Mr. Carlo Conein is one of the council of four senior members of the Francisci Family governing council. He sells business and personal insurance for the Francisci Family. If you purchase the insurance the terms are easily understood, you pay up and nothing bad happens. Mr. Conein also supervises extortion, murder, theft, and collections.

Celeste Caparoni

Celeste is sixteen and attends Saint Teresa’s academy an all girl’s school. This is her first year in Lycée where she is in the honors program as an advanced student. Her interests are history, language, and law. She has lived on the Corsica estate of Lucien Francisci since she was born. Her parents are Monsieur and Madame Caparoni who are on the staff of the estate.

Clarissa Caparoni 

Housekeeper and bodyguard for Lucien Francisci she is married to Alonzo Caparoni Lucien Francisci’s valet and bodyguard. She has been the housekeeper for Lucien Francisci since she was nineteen and married Alonzo when she was twenty. They have two daughters, Celeste and Nicole.

John Carbone

Mr. John Carbone is one of the council of     four senior members of the Francisci Family governing council. Mr. John Carbone is the only English born member of the council.  He is in charge of drugs, sex, human trafficking and illegal immigration, smuggling, and normal and white slavery.

Nicole Caparoni 

As she said, “I am nine. I go to Saint Teresa’s academy. I am in Cours moyen premiére annèe. I like to play too much according to the nuns and you already know who my parents are and the other stuff.  I like sports.”

Valentino Guérini

Mr. Valentino Guérini is one of the council of four senior members of the Francisci Family governing council.  He is in charge of the casinos, betting and loan sharking, counterfeiting, property acquisition through various means, fencing stolen goods, securities manipulation and bank fraud and other white-collar crimes.

Hamid Masoud 

Freelance assassin and courier.  Mr. Masoud works for whoever will pay him, although he has a number of steady repeat government clients in Asia.  He has been extremely active in eliminating nuclear scientists for the past few years.  It appears he is killing people who are experts in enriching uranium. Who is paying for these services is unknown.

Sara Kransky 

Interior and exterior decorator and restoration and preservation contractor. Normally she works out of Paris, London and New York as a top of the market decorator.   But she also has a Russian degree in electrical engineering and does freelance work in electronic building security.

Serena Watson 

She is the producer and sometime cameraman for Margret Perry at American Press. She is also an operative for the ICCA – the International Currency Control Agency – the Switzerland based money and others’ securities and guards.  She is a native of Australia and lives in Brussels.
